Class Description:

  The Fascianation Method™ is a self-myofascial release that involves using a fitness roller, the Fascianator™, to assist in the release of myofascial adhesions by rolling out the muscles to relax the fascia that surround them. This is done in a sequence beginning at the bottom of the foot and concluding at the back of neck. The body's response is to release the pressure on the nerves, arteries, veins and lymphatic vessels that cause pain, numbness, tingling, weakness and inflammation. The Fascianator® myofascial release roller and Fascianation Method® are helping the masses terminate their chronic pain without invasive procedures and pharmacological agents.
