I will not lecture you or try to be Dr. Santiago, but I will share with you what I know & have experienced, and include stories, excerpts from websites and books I’ve read, from experts, Scientists, & Doctors, with facts & suggestions on how to grow, learn and ultimately love yourself in the most beautiful, most effective way possible; with a healthy, mind body and soul.

It is SO IMPORTANT to try and be as healthy as you possibly can in life. It’s what keeps us living! And I know I want to live as long as I possibly can! Especially without pain or suffering. Although there are health issues that occur that are out of our reach, I believe it is our duty as lovers to ourselves, those whom we still haven’t met (our children, spouse, friends, etc) and those who love us most, to value our bodies as precious temples of life.

Healthy Living, in my eyes, includes: Eating Nutritious Foods, Regular Exercise, & having a Positive Outlook on Life; Ultimately, Loving yourself to the MAX!!!! It is SO Important to show your body how much you appreciate the life it is giving you! Because of its hard work and dedication, you are reading this very sentence right now!
