Tonight (1/25/07) I was a Special Guest on 94.5 PST's Totally Interactive Night Show with Shinn and Jon C.
The Topic was Health and Fitness, so I was asked to shared my experiences and advice on living a healthy life style. I brought the boys a salad with homemade dressing, mixed veggie/fruit drinks in the studio, spoke about exercise, eating raw foods, & detoxifying. I also introduced the guys to some vegan deserts, and they loved them!

My Birthday was just a few days ago and I celebrated with some family.
Next Tuesday I'll be celebrating with some friends at my favorite Flamenco Place EUSKADI in NYC on 4th and 2nd. FUN! FUN! FUN!
